Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If it has not arrived or the parcel is delayed, contact us with your order reference and the email address used at checkout.
When to expect it
Allow 5 to 7 days total for NZ delivery. Tracking can take time to update after dispatch, and separate parcels may update at different times.
