New Zealand delivery

Allow 5 to 7 days total for delivery. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us if you need an item by a particular date.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on orders of NZ$75 or more after discounts. Below that amount, standard delivery is NZ$25. Every current single-item listing qualifies for free standard delivery.

Tracking and parcels

Tracking details are emailed when available after dispatch. An order may arrive in separate parcels. If your parcel is delayed, contact our team with your order reference.

Where orders ship from

Products are fulfilled by suppliers and may travel from an international location. Any applicable customs charges depend on the shipment and New Zealand requirements. Please ask us before ordering if you need clarification.

Delivery concerns

Contact us about a missing or damaged delivery. Nothing in this policy limits remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
